Exchange/Replacement requests are accepted only if the products have issues in terms of damages or manufacturing defects.
Please check our Size Chart before placing your order - No exchange , replacement , refund , returns acceptable for size issues.
The items you are exchanging must be unwashed, and unused with original tags attached.
Replacement requests for damages or manufacturing defects has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement requests will not be accepted once the 24 hour window has passed.
Exchange/replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (unused & unwashed) with the product tags intact.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
We would mandatorily require an unboxing video to consider the replacement request.

How do I initiate a exchange/replacement request?

Customer must courier the item back to us within 48 hours.

Product must be returned in original packaging and unused.

Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer. We will reimburse up to ₹60 upon sharing a valid courier receipt (preferably via India Post).
